A Free Family Event to Celebrate Kids & Reading!

The Rochester Children's Book Festival is a dynamic daylong family festival that invites children – from tots to teens – to experience the magic of books and meet some of their creators. The Festival is dedicated to promoting literacy, benefiting Monroe County libraries, and forging connections between the community and regional children’s authors and illustrators.
With so many events being offered, there’ll be something for everyone!
The festival is free and open to everyone.

BROWSE through more than 350 titles in all genres for all ages...
from Board & Picture Books through Early Readers & Chapter Books to
Mid-Grade & Young Adult Novels...not to mention Non-Fiction.

ENJOY...

MEET more than 45 authors and illustrators from around New York & elsewhere,
including James Howe (The Misfits, Bunnicula series), Tedd Arnold (Green
Wilma,Super Fly Guy), and Coleen Paratore (The
Wedding Planner's Daughter).

COME to the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center at the rear
of the MCC Brighton Campus, East Henrietta Road.
